Instead of some crappy protein powder, get a good full fat Greek yogurt from A2 cows tha is organic. Mine has 21 grams of protein, add some berries and some nut butter, thats 30 grams of protein.

Whey is garbage-- it costs about 7 cents/ pound. which of course, gets passed along to you. It is still milk, loaded with every sort of bad thing. Thanks for saving me 17 minutes; no thanks for your advice. Take soy over milk any day of the week. Good luck selling your garbage products.

Garden of life was sold to Nestle. Take what you will from that, but perhaps it's time to update the selection if you haven't already. Used their Sports protein shake without any problems, then a year later I began suffering from really sharp pains every time after drinking this. Turns out they have a history of heavy metals contamination. Be careful out there, and thanks for the informative videos.

The back of the container says that it is a clean protein powder.
