And overall no one buys a home because of the decorations, but because of the value, and base quality and features of a home and overall property.
In that regard, I’m sure the built ins and renovations were fine at the highest standards, and will be long lasting- no issues for the next owner
( no one should buy anything without proper inspection though ☝️🤔😆).
So decor or no decor…
I think this property is amazing and a great investment.
( depending on the price, and if you can afford 😉)
