technically it’s the other way around. there is no such thing as cold, things can only be less warm. the reason for this is simple. heat is caused by the friction of micro-particles in matter. in the air, the water, even solid objects. the faster they move, the hotter it gets. that’s why hot air rises, because it is moving faster and this has lower air pressure. when the particles start to slow down, they just get less warm, and we call that cold. cold is t directly caused by anything except the absence of heat, but heat is caused by something easily observable. so yeah, nothing is every truly cold, it’s only less warm :)

That is a tank... (MBT / BT (today, we do not call it a Main Battle Tank, because we do not call out light tanks anymore...))
So, a Sd-Kfz 251/22 (with the PAK-40...) is called a HACV in modern terms. These Heavy Armament Combat Vehicles are the new TD's like those.
