We never got to hear Lalit Modi’s side . Mota mota he looks innocent and very sharp business man. It’s a shame to have lost his skills.

He is not lying but just hiding some facts. he nowhere mentioned the role of ICL by Essel Group who were first to realise the T20 potential. He also did not talked about how they (BCCI) forcefully tried to shut down ICL (Not giving playground and also banning players) to start IPL and bank upon the T20 format. But its not that he did nothing to make IPL this big.

But the podcast also reminded me of how it takes someone with a divient mindset to break criminal and entitlement practices - which seems to be some of the good things that have come. Not sure how to view this comment of mine - looking at positives from the deviant behaviour or is it justifying deviant behaviour which i hope not

What I see is Lalit Modi being candid but having a playfulness deviant behaviour from young - what started in childishness soon slowly evolved to 'big time swindling'. I can appreciate the candidness Mr Modi but I am reminded also of the need to learn 'values based education' more than ever when i listened to the interview. I am sure all the schools you mentioned Bishop cottons, St Joseph's, St Columbus don't teach you to rob, to cheat etc. This kind of divient behaviour comes from within. Making money at any cost has become the order of the day and anything and everything can be justified to do that no matter who - Really Sad
