I changed from 36 feet to 29 feet , 1 year later to 27 feetv, and 1 year later now down to 22 feet. She is boatc45-47 in my life , hopefully the last..I lived aboard 6 monthsv, nonproboems..All is much easier for mev( 72 years now).

I personally am looking for a center cockpit sailboat and I'm gonna be a solo sailer. I really love Jay's boat. Wish it was a 40 to 45 footer. But it is still a very nice boat.

Would you ever consider putting an in mast (not recommended) or in boom furling sail system on your boat?

Timestamp 1700. The aft cabin starboard bunk requires an overhead two person wide hand holds in the forward facing overhead to assist the sleepers into and out of the bunk. This is a very inexpensive and a valuable addition to allow the sleepers to position themselves in and out of the bunk. Easy, inexpensive, intelligent and why didn't the cheapskate builder install them? Also, one could do plank type pullups there because one needs actual exercise on a slothful vacation boat, therefore double duty.
