I’m sticking to SwitchX2. “X” for 10th Gen but to the reg consumer it says 2x the switch. It also pays homage to the X1 chip even if the chip isn’t the X2. ALSO X means cross in Japan, which says it’s a sequel “X2” which the original code name was NX. we would just call it the X2

Switch 2 will be ARM based so its irrelevant if it's more powerful than the X86 based Steam Deck. To put things in perspective, Switch 2 won't be as powerful as the latest iPhone or Samsung Galaxy phone. S

I think pre-recorded is going to work well. Get more cast on although you don’t need a ton of people. Most good gamer podcasts only have 3-5 people on. The old Spawncast was cool and all but tbh I would get annoyed with so many people talking over each other. Then you’d get people on that can only speak to very specific topics so oftentimes you wouldn’t hear from them the entire show more or less. Mystic is a great addition, OJ has been consistent, if you can get Nate and MVG back consistently then I’d be happy.

This went downhill the day they decided to stream right after a president was almost killed.

Switch 2 at anything higher than $350 DOA to me. I wouldn’t even pay $300 for a Switch now. I think $250 is just right.

I think Horizon zero dawn is a fantastic game, idk why yall keep bashing it. It's got amazing graphics, great looking machine monsters to fight in a post apocalyptic world, Aloy doesn't look ugly and she is a good person, she's generic but that applies to many video game protagonist.
Horizon zero dawn sold over 24mil, Forbidden west sold over 8.4 million, that's pretty good
If you compare it to final fantasy. FF7 remake only sold 7mil, ff7 rebirth 2-3mil+, FF16 only 3mil

Disappointed you guys failed to mention the awful Concord character designs and the games clear progressive approach.

For me these remasters from Sony are for those who haven’t bought the game previously and want the best version of the game or really love the original games and want an upgraded version of it. If you don’t want the games, then don’t buy it. Also Days Gone was fucking amazing and I will die on that hill.

On a side note, I would take anything that Colin Moriarty says with a grain of salt. Guy got fired from kindafunny for a reason. He’s a hack.

I have still yet to meet someon in person that was confused by the Wii/Wii U that wasn't a person that doesn't play video games.

Damn. When John said if the Switch 2 is more powerful than a steam deck then it could be the default platform or the one everyone goes to it’s so true. Nintendo would get way more third party support and you have Nintendo ip which objectively are more popular than any other company’s ip atm (whether you like them or not is subjective ofc). But if that’s the case man Sony and MS REALLY gotta step it up in terms of diversifying their library of ip and creating more legacy and evergreen characters. Power and graphics are not enough anymore. You NEED exclusives to get people in to your ecosystem.
