I went to see this film earlier and the hooks are still in me. Once it ended i just sat there frozen in some kind of fear i can't put my finger on.

Your review is your understanding of this movie but this movie is way greater than what you understood . Also the movie has several layers of deep and historical meaning that makes audiences think deeply. In addition, you have zero knowledge about the director, who is on D.C. of the cinematic genius of our time. If you had watched Ali Abbassi’s interviews on The Apprentice, you will understand much better what this movie is about.

In your opinion, what percentage of the directors in the present world sacrifice their comfort and peace to make such topics, which are the main concern of all of us people right now?

There are films of this category that can create changes in the intellectual infrastructure of society, as is the mission of pure art

And every pure work of art is like a mirror that the artist puts in front of society specifically and man in particular

Ali Abbasi has masterfully done it in this movie , he has placed a mirror in front of the audience, maybe you don’t like what you see but the solution is not to break the mirror.
Also , the Superficial Hollywood films are an important factor in making the viewer's mind easy to grasp, as the audience doesn’t red to think deeply when he/ she is watching an Hollywood’s movie .then watching movies like The Apprentice, will be difficult to understand for minds that are used to not thinking.

Although the actor's role cannot be ignored, it should not be forgotten that it was the director of the film who was able to make the character of the story suitable for the actor

When you were talking about this movie ‘humanizing’ Trump, because he was a human before he became ‘Trump’, it makes me realize why he must love people like Putin and Kim Jung Un. These people have created characters of themselves; Putin on his horse and with Siberian tigers. Kim Jung Un who supposedly doesn’t poop and who shot a bullseye at age 2. That’s who Trump wants to be.

I think describing it as a political biopic is wrong as in spite of him being now a political figure it follows him in his surge of dominating the world in real estate as a business man

I also think like what Stan and alot of them say , it’s about looking how he came to be and I felt like it touched on alot of deep tones but sometimes you don’t have to spell things out - I think it’s great the audience was left to figure out how much of a narcissist he is through evidence rather than spelling it out

His relationship with Ivana was clear to that too , which I’ve not seen alot of people talk about

I think you can tell a lot from a person from the detestable acts they put onto the sex they are attracted too

The important part of the movie is introducing the despicable lawyer Roy Cohn who coached TRump. DJT thinks like he does because he worships Roy Cohn as a winner. Roy Cohn had contempt for the law and he foreshadowed DJT’s use of alternate facts (translation:lies) Cohn was disbarred one week before he died because of his consistent breach of attorney ethics in New York State. In my mind fewer than 5% of Americans ever heard of Roy Cohn. That’s the great impact of this movie. DJT is a world class entertainer and conman…DJT is also a Fascist. Vote for our great pro-democracy candidate Kamala Harris for president. Vote.

I don't agree that this didn't stab hard enough or, as some people have said, that neither his supporters nor his opponents will like it. I think that most of his opponents will like it. (spoiler alerts) They should. It Donald exactly shows a good man go bad. It shows a kind of neutral man go bad. But he really does go bad. He tries to get his father (who was also a terrible person) to sign a contract giving over money to him while the dad has dementia. He spurns his bother in his time of crisis. He relentlessly and extravagantly courts his first wife, Ivanka, and then takes his suppressed grief over his bothers suicide on her, first losing interest in her, and then seriously abusing her. And finally, he neglects his mentor Roy Cohn when he becomes sick with AIDS. This ,too, is karma, because Cohn is an awful person who seemed to win most of his cases by blackmailing people involved, and who also helped made him the man he is. Finally, he steals Cohn's words and markets them as his own (and also those of Ronald Reagan and Andy Warhol.)
But Cohn is not entitled to all the credit for making The Donald. He also got help from his cruel father and from a fierce Adderall (amphetamine) habit. All of this created the perfect storm to create the creature that we all know and loath.
A lot of this movie is about bad people treating each other badly. But some decent people get hurt long the way. Especially Ivana, the first (as far as I know) of many females to suffer under the hands of this man.
