Generally people can be a bit wary about the dark empath, until they discover that they didn’t understand the dark empath in the first place.

After all, it’s a cognitive aspect of the mind and not a perversion. At least until someone transgresses some boundary, then the light switch get flipped to dark mode. But more often than not it’s not a matter of spitefulness or revenge, rather “I’ll teach you” in a horrible way as the “victim” already have been under observation for possible insecurities and anxieties.

The psychopath/sociopath is a dark empath with a perversion for manipulation and power.

The narcissist/histrionic is the regular empath with an insatiable neediness for validation.

So i have this ‘friend’ who sometimes stays so close to me and talks to me all the time and the very next day she kinda pretends she doesnt know me and it kinda hurts. Does this mean shes a dark empath?

ALL of life is Yin and Yang, Dark and light, hot and cold, up and down, happy and sad, easy and hard. To be healthy we have to balance all of this. And it's very hard to do it without some sort of support.

Idk, I was with my ex for 17 years and he displays all the traits of the dark empath for sure, but definitely fits the Triad characteristics to a T. He is on a whole other level of having 38 or 39 out of the 40 characteristics of psychopathy. Ted Bundy was a 37 out of 40. He is TRULY TERRIFYING and a sick individual that talked his friends into gangstalking/cyber-stalking/hacking my entire existence. I’ve been trapped here in his house of torture for over a year now. No fun just waiting to see what he will pull next. He says it’s the game of life and we are all in a simulation. He is sick and dangerous to society, and you won’t see him coming because of his good looks and charm. He studies people before engaging with them, just to make sure he can have the upper hand in getting whatever he wants from them. It’s disgusting and hopefully I will live to write a book about his sadistic tactics that he meticulously plans with a little dash of tried and true methodology thrown into the mix. CIA would love him but he is already crossed a dark threshold when it comes to life and death, playing GOD, and feeling empowerment from that type of high. I’m terrified of what he has done and will more than likely continue to do.

Empathy are very vile im in a relationship with one and it can get so bad to the point where they will hurt you physically but very dangerous to your emotions and mental state there like a narcissist only smarter

Empath will fell more pain and hurtful than the hurts/pain they served out to those who done them harm. That's the reason why they normally just slam the door and move on. A true empath is incapable/unlikely to operates with a dark agenda, it's too shallow and dishonourable. They knew not to wrestle with pigs.

You clearly dont know what a dark empath is. I will just know you are a psychopath or sociapath because those are the ONLY ones that dont like dark empaths.

I recognize some of these traits in myself and for the last 20 years, I've always told ppl who know me that I have a dark side and I acknowledge and embrace it as a part of myself. I used to be quite the empath but by early 20s , the transition to dark empathy was almost complete.
Years of being used, scapegoated, made fun of being made to look a fool or the butt of jokes, having my natural kindness used against me ... lifetime worth stuff like that will turn you dark.
I am still naturally empathetic and kind, but I reserve it and force myself to curtail it. I can turn it on or off like a faucet.
I don't often manipulate for personal gain, but when I do, it's flawless execution because I am patient and I play the long game.
I don't relish in negative talk and humor about others because I grew up with that being done to me and even if I don't like or respect someone, I prefer to not discuss them at all. Tnat silence extends to me being silent when they are about to fall on their face. I'll let it happen and not say a word of warning.

Don't abuse and use the word empath to create a ficticious personality type just for a video this was the biggest load of BS ive heard in a long time.. A dark empath ....lol omg what a ridiculous concept. You're either an empath or you're not,theres no in betweens. From a real empath.

i have known such a person, a woman therapist wich i used to see in sessions in 2008-2009 and has emotionnally harmed me and still today i can feel shame and guilt and resentment against that manipulative therapist who made me think that regardless of the self growth work i could do, i would always be a sort of looser and someone whom repulse the others people, and still today even if it has shrung in emotionnal pain it still affect me too often

We're are so hurt our only means of survival is to fight back and then we live with guilt about our behaviour but it's us or them !

I was co dependent had several horrid relationships with narcissists.

I believe a dark empath has evolved through constant abuse and cannot be judged in this way

I know more than one who is exactly like that unfortunately.

I am generally pretty nice to other people unless someone wrongs me however people often perceive me as cold even if I am not trying to be at all and they often remark that I have a very cold and unfriendly face (they say my eyes are very peircing) I find it hard to smile generally and I also often struggle to add tone to my voice it is very monotone

I think as a younger child I behaved immaturely to a degree and showed tendencies and gained experience in the manipulative for selfish and exploitive behaviors, but the better side of me always felt a great sense of shame and shallowness that let me know this is not the way. That helping improve others and society broadly is. That said, when I see other bad intending individuals or groups praying on the weakest sheep like packs of wolves...they might likely describe me as someone to be viewed as dangerous...doubt anyone else ever would. Bullied from the first day of school by red neck larva all through the 70's and 80's. Only child to parents in their 40's when born. Taken advantage of by every one. Married twice to Narcissists. Last girl friend was the worst. I really don't like people. Every one is going to hurt me no one is worth it. I want to be left alone.
