If you had to keep 1 player who
ОтветитьKader is badass
ОтветитьFire everyone, Trade everyone, Sell and move the franchise as far away from South Florida as possible. (Just let me vent please)😰
ОтветитьGrier needs to go. So does McDaniel. McDaniel inability to adjust his offense for Tua going down. Tua also needs to go in my opinion.
ОтветитьY
ОтветитьStop panicking like bunch of crybabies
ОтветитьSe don’t need to fire anyone except may who ever wrote this crap
ОтветитьStop gossiping like a group of old ladies, rumors are dumb and true fans go go around crying and jumping ship l
ОтветитьPlayed too conservative should have passed more especially on our last Three and out a run and two behind the line screen passes. Didn't seem like they were trying to make a first down.
ОтветитьMcDaniel's soft, nice guy personality will not win much in the NFL. Ross's kindly, old grandfather personality will never win a Super Bowl.
ОтветитьYES!!!!!!
ОтветитьYyyyyyyyy
ОтветитьUsed to ,make plans Round watching dolphins now I make plans to do something else.
Ответить🐬💦🏈😎 Right On ✊
ОтветитьWho signed Marcus May? Who let DeShawn Elliott walk? Who signed Jordan books and let Baker go? Who let van Ginkle go? I don’t want him making the trades.
ОтветитьYes
ОтветитьY f yeah
ОтветитьY
ОтветитьUnder reaction the season has been over since week two.
ОтветитьY
ОтветитьFire both Coaches and GM AND DEFENSIVE COACH
ОтветитьFire Grier because he's a bad GM , fire McDaniel because he's not a leader of men, not a NFL head coach just a really good OC
ОтветитьTrade tua, draft a nrw QB
Ответить2
ОтветитьI agree with everyone else here but keep those paper bags on
ОтветитьWe will definitely lose to the bills unless a miracle occurs sooner than later
ОтветитьIt’s Game Over For Us……Once Again 🤦🏾💯
ОтветитьMCDANIEL AND GRIER NEEDS TO GO BECAUSE WERE DONE!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯💯💯
ОтветитьGrier sucks as a GM, dolphins need to fire him
ОтветитьReggie McKenzie is already in house. Fire Grier, promote McKenzie and reunite GM McKenzie with HC Jon Gruden. They are both from the Ron Wolf, Green Bay Packers school of team building that emphasizes the importance of GM and HC working very closely together with both being in agreement with every move made. They've had this partnership no so long ago in Las Vegas? Gruden did have McKenzie pushed out of his GM spot but it had nothing to do with a power struggle, differing football philosophies or an inability to get along. Gruden explained that when he took over he had players in certain positions that were talented but didn't fit the system and he wanted them all traded out ASAP. The friction was caused when new GM, McKenzie wanted to make sure he was getting max value on each deal or wasn't willing to trade them. Gruden was adamant that he needed them out and replaced by the right type of player so they could get on with getting everybody up to speed, understanding their individual responsibilities and then making it all work as a unit. They remained friendly as Gruden made sure Reggie continued working for the Raiders in another capacity.
If Ross would be quick in chasing the current guys out and bringing Gruden and Reggie Mac in, they could get to work collaborating and preparing to deal the necessary guys out, balancing out where money is being allocated, acquiring draft picks and instilling a greater emphasis on playing the game with more toughness. Gruden is a far superior leader of men than this Beta we have in charge now. I believe what transpired between Reggie and Jon in Vegas will only strengthen their bond with both men really understanding how and why they must be lockstep in order to build a winner.
Gruden is the perfect coach to take over this team and add iron to the speed. McKenzie and Gruden share the same team building philosophy and that philosophy is tried, tested and proven to build NFL champions. Forget our record. Forget the playoffs. Just get this duo up and running ASAP so they can start developing the winning culture I'm positive they will bring. And if any of you aren't immediately enthused with this idea, I can almost guarantee, from the insight I've gained living in Las Vegas and having greater exposure to Raider players, if Miami makes Jon Gruden their next Head Coach, Maxx Crosby will soon be suiting up in Aqua and Orange. And who knows, maybe Christian will find his way back home.
After that player was put in hand cuffs last month and the Coach started to cry I knew the dolphins would lose 80% of games.
ОтветитьHe needs to go!!
ОтветитьI totally disagree w them keeping Mike McDaniel. It’s obvious Grier should go, but Mike McDaniel may be the worse leader of a team in the whole NFL
ОтветитьDon't you worry Mike McDaniel will get them all fired! Chris Grier won't get fired until the scouting for the next draft is done.
ОтветитьY
ОтветитьDone with this team
Ответитьgetting rid of my fins gear after becoming a football fan at the age of 10 in 1973 and jumping on the bandwagon with the dolphins. Loved this team for 50 years but Ross and Grier have made them a complete shit show!!!!!! DONE !!!!!! go Lions!!!! Didn't the Phins at one point have Cambell as an interim head coach??? Mincah Fitzpatrick or Lamar Jackson are you kidding me so tired of watching Grier make the wrong decision. Piss Off!!!
ОтветитьGrier takes Chop Robinson with high pick instead of O-line fing jerk
ОтветитьHe needs to be fired. Time to move on from this guy
ОтветитьAnybody that has common sense would agree... Cam Ward is the truth
ОтветитьFire all the coaches and the defense season is done bye bye
ОтветитьI agree but the video is dumb
ОтветитьMc D is a good HC, he needs an excel DC but for this to happen Grier needs to be fired, he is null AND Miami needs to build an excel culture, not a holiday campus culture, which they have been doing since Shula left this team (this is why J Johnson left the post), and I think this is very very difficult to do. A Weaver is a good DC but the team's culture doesn't help. Now, maybe this is the real reason: Dolphins being an "spectacle team" fun to watch while vacationing in such a gorgeous place Miami is, and this is what Ross doesn't tell us: he anyway has a 8 Billion team and if he keeps earning tons of money, then it is alright. We can say goodby to Miami as a solid respected Shula team the way Packers, Steelers of Ravens are.
ОтветитьI totally disagree i think Grier is a great GM but the problem with the Miami dolphins is Mike McDaniel and his obsession with running especially on first down we should pass every Play on first down instead of running but we will not because of our insane coach Mike McDaniel
ОтветитьYou and Mike McDaniel are a perfect match two brain dead idiots
ОтветитьKaho needs to learn how to tackle 😊
ОтветитьNo team can beat the dolphins if we are playing to our potential. We just have to keep trying to be our best and we might win the Superbowl
ОтветитьWe need forget about everything and just focus on the Patriots they are pretty good and almost won today against a good team.
ОтветитьAre you done with the season? Type ‘Y’ for Yes or ‘N’ for No
