Hi Preeti Mam There is one doubt regarding Q.5 (a) in the first alternative.....They asked about Directors remuneration which is not part of syllabus... I have attempted that question as I was confident about the other sub parts as well in Q 5 whether we will be compensated with marks as the question asked was not part of our syllabus?

Mam in answers given by you qn 5(a) second part partners acted in fraudulent manner there is a provison in removal resignation of auditor and giving of special notice section 140(5) which specifies action of tribunal if auditor acts in fraudulent manner or colluded in any fraud is that section wrong for the exam question???
