Hi! I love your channel.
Unfortunately I had a very difficult forceps delivery.
How would you recommend to heal a 3rd degree tear? Im 10 weeks postpartum. The exterior stitches have dissolved , the interior ones haven't though. I feel the pain in the muscles while exercising. Do you have any tips for recovery? ♥️

Can the looseness of the vagina persist 9 months after giving birth, and can lack of exercise during pregnancy and postpartum contribute to it?

Unfortunately for me, the hyperpigmentation and dryness stayed. My son is now 9 years old.

Women are amazing, but No thanks. Lol IF I ever become pregnant, I'll take a C section if possible. Even though things can go back to normal, I personally just couldn't do it probably. I commend all who have!

Never have been more glad about my c section than when I learnt what a fourth degree tear meant. Cut my belly off, I dont care, but Jesus Christ, dont you stich up my butt, thats a big no for me...

That fabric analogy happened to my mother. It was just common practice back then I guess, in my area at least. She told me that story a lot, so I would be aware and make sure to not let them do that to me. Fortunately, it's not common practice at the hospital I went to.

So, tell me something... I had an episiotomy, Is my vagina going to recover the same anyways?? or will it stay like giving birth forever?? It was my first child. Nobody asked me if I wanted the episiotomy or not.
