What if Adsense is disabled for replicated content?

My 4 year AdSense account was disabled by Google because of a policy violation, but this is not my fault, It was a technical which I faced on my Adsense account for 3-2 months when I placed an auto ads code on my website an error show on my Adsense account that "get auto ads code" and also when I try to remove auto ads banner ads from an inappropriate area I am unable to do that.
Because of these technical issues ads are placed in the wrong placement areas and become a reason for policy violation.

I work very hard to gain organic traffic on my website, but the sudden suspension of my Adsense account destroyed me completely.

You Guys also cut my 600$ in the name of Invalid traffic, I have organic traffic of 80% from search, Its totally unfair and fraudulent.
I submitted the appeal but there is no response. Please Reinstate my account because it's not my fault.

What if adsense didn't include the specific reason why they declined application. Do anyone experienced this? They just told you that you didn't meet the criteria how could the creator fix the issue right?

My AdSense was disabled 2 years ago for a policy violation. Which I didn't know about I don't know that sharing Answers for exam services was violation and I have been appealing from 2 years and I used to wait every 90 days to submit the next appeal. But don't know why they are still rejecting me even though I have changed all my content and the page which were violating the terms were removed but still not getting reinstated
Can you please tell me is it life time ban I have been paying every month for hosting and domain so that I can get back my AdSense
