Ah well at least you had some good bakery products as a reward for completing your little excursion. I'm surprised you didn't console yourself in a pub somewhere.

The list is endless of places in Scotland the tourists dont or won't visit lol. Hell even some Scots won't visit them either.

Wish you'd made it to the David Livingstone Museum.. It's a very interesting place, And it's also in my hometown of Blantyre so would have been great to see a bit of my hometown being featured. Still, never mind. Maybe some other time. Love your channel by the way.

If you can not say anything good about a place don’t say anything I am sick of people who just think they have the right to say anything

Fantastic work. I might attempt that one by train, Scotrail provides a decent service in the central belt. And you kept smiling even when the rain came.

I always remember in the 70s going to Scotland from the Midlands train spotting, Walking to Polmadie loco shed we got lost, We asked some lads the way and although i made out i understood them, I couldnt tell a word they were saying, We actually found our way and was allowed round nice.

Not accessible by bike if you are 77. Why not take the train . More time in Uddingston.

Hi, I would advise getting mudguards for the bike. They used to always come attached to the bike but there seems to be a trend of not putting them on now. If you've using the bike in all weathers you'll need them.

The accent comments are strange because you sound Scottish, almost rural west coast.
