ОтветитьAmazing first time doing weight workout usually just jump on treadmill but I'm getting older and losing muscle mass they say lol I was on floor at 20 minutes. I'll be back. My daughter brought me a bucket because I said I'm gonna puke lol and apple juice best 4 year old ever. Showing her mom is still trying at 38
