This is so helpful...
I've been contemplating on E6000.
I have to go for it..💃💃💃💃
Shoe goo is the best..gorilla is a garbage😂…thanks for your video..ill buy shoe goo now for my shoe repair..
ОтветитьE6000 is 16 bucks Shoe Goo is 5... good video! Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI’ve never been able to get gorilla glue to stick to anything except my fingers. It’s junk and will never buy it again.
ОтветитьSorry, but the effectiveness of any adhesive is HIGHLY dependent on the type of material you are trying to bond to. You should probably at least mention the material. Also, surface prep matters a lot, and it looked like you were re-using the glue site, which could make it difficult to keep things consistent.
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThank you for taking the time to do this video. Excellent... extremely helpful! I just spent an hour trying to figure out which shoe glue to buy for my sandals. You just helped me decide. :)
ОтветитьWhat the heck---he removes the weight from e6000 in much less time than he leaves it on for the other glues!
ОтветитьD. None of the above. PL Poly Urethane roof flashing. 10x better. Flexible and premier adhesion.
ОтветитьShow goo amazing goop and e600. Are all the same glue same recipe same company
ОтветитьFlex seal
ОтветитьIs Shoe Goo as toxic as E6000? My nickname for E6000 is "cancer glue". Childish? Maybe. Accurate? Yes. lol
I can only imagine that Shoe Goo is better for actual shoes. I am curious if it is more flexible.
Either way, great video.
You might also want to try Quick Grip by Beacon Adhesives. Also a quick drying and flexible glue. I flew Indoor foamies for a few years up north, BEST glue to do a quick repair on EPP foam, and there's also a bunch of other uses.
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьI'd love to see a shootout between Shoo Goo and E6000 at 48 hours, 72hours, then a week.
Ответитьyou kept put the hook at the amazing goo's inner hook instead of the ing that makes the lever 1mm shorter than the others you test
ОтветитьI always wondered which one was better. E6000 IT IS!
Ответитьcan any of them withstand the forces in football on a sole split football boot?
ОтветитьPlumbers goop in the blue tube is stronger than all
Ответитьthank you i just repaired my air niki shoes
Ответитьnice, for me even thoe it wasnt here but flex saved me when i was detailing and my 100g tank cracked it really sealed good quick
ОтветитьI've been surprisingly disappointed in the clear gorilla glue, especially after using their other products. Good to know it wasn't just me
ОтветитьThank you for a great test!
ОтветитьI’m watching this video because I’ve used GOOP forever and my tubes getting low, so I just was trying to check if it still existed. I found the tube that I have and didn’t know if it still existed. Awesome 2 see its here !!!
ОтветитьI'm trying to mend cracks in old rubber tool handles. Would you recommend E6000, or Shoe Goo? It's unclear if the Show Goo is black or clear. It looks clear. They seem to have 2 different types, the clear kind and the black kind.
ОтветитьThank you ...shoe gloo is the best!!!!
ОтветитьBoggles my mind how people refuse to read the given instructions and assume every glue is like Elmer’s.
Ответитьdamnnnn that was informative!
Ответитьshoe goo per ounce is cheaper.
Ответитьhe cheated!!! he hung the amazing goop next to the rod instead of in the ring. This was done twice.
ОтветитьDon't you understand that glues have a curing time? The test is totally irrelevant until each product reaches the manufacturers recommended curing time.
ОтветитьElmers taste the best
ОтветитьYoure better off using contact cement from home depot.
ОтветитьShooGoo and E6000 are the same exact product sold to different markets at slightly different price points.... this is done a LOT
ОтветитьI have found ShoeGoo to be a superior adhesive, esp. for shoe repair. It is important to let it cure overnight.....GorillaGlue has always let me down. With GG, the repair seldom lasts more than a few weeks.....
ОтветитьI know a full cure for e6000 takes up to 72 hours, would have liked to see that
Ответитьthis came as a surprise to me because I am so reliant on gorilla glue. Maybe its because I use it for my clay sculptures tho
ОтветитьGorilla glue really does suck. They have good tape though
ОтветитьAdditional win credits to Shoe Goo and E6000 which had apparently longer lever moments due to eye hooks extending farther out of the end of the test rods, making the force at the glue joint greater than the shorter test rods for AG & Gorilla.
ОтветитьThe worst part is that Shoe goo is absolutely horrible for shoes. May be good for RC tires, but thats not what its even for
ОтветитьWell done. Enjoyable and informative. I will purchase the winner for my next project. Thanks.
ОтветитьThank you! jhust tred shoe Goo for the first time to repair a shoe heel (women's heel tap). Seriously, just 1 hour ago. So, I have t o wait and see how long it will last in this Florida humidity. I'm going to let it sit a couple of days wit the vice grip on it before trying it out. E6000 never lasted more than a week or two when repairing shoes here in SWFL.
ОтветитьDon't trust it: too much editing, too many cuts. No idea what glue you really used off camera.
ОтветитьI just used some shoe goo to patch up an rc body.
ОтветитьYou are amazing ...THANKS
ОтветитьI'm glad I just bought Shoe Goo for my boot sole that separated!!!
ОтветитьI thank you from the bottem of my heart , sweet man .
