FYI. If you travel here to Vietnam, you best have insurance that pays IMMEDIATELY or have immediate access to around $5,000 usd. Hospitals will only receive you, not save your life if you can't pay or make down-payment before care is given! Other motorist,/cyclists insurance will not cover you here. No driver license and have an accident here and injure a Vietnamese? You're in big trouble. This is a dangerous country to travel in. Don't be washed-over by the glamorous videos you see with some foreigners travelling by motorbike with no Vietnam license or motorbike insurance. They don't mention the reality of being ill or being in an accident here.

you dont eat the whole thing the chicken feet, there is soft bone you dont need to eat it .

dont go eat at restaurant when you dont see anybody inside restaurant, food not good.
go inside restaurant when full of locals people in there.

Great video and sounds like a really fun food adventure. I am from Australia and will be going to Saigon in 2 weeks. If I could ask, did any of you experience any tummy problems (diarrhoea) after the food tour? I love trying different type of food but my tummy is not strong. I have experienced Bali Belly when I visited Bali, so now I am a bit more mindful of what I am eating or drinking, like usually I don’t take ice with my drink when visiting Bali or Thailand. Thank you.
