ОтветитьGood job doh bro👑🔥looks amazing
Ответитьcongratulations, you encapsulated rust that you didn't hit with a converter golfclap
ОтветитьDo not use rubberized coating.
ОтветитьNever thought about it much ,but I would think most of the damage would be going on inside the frame where the salt accumulates. It does look nice.
ОтветитьBoy these projects would be a lot easier if I had a lift. Laying on my back with a power washer sucks. If you get your truck undercoated at a shop do they do any prep work?
ОтветитьThis jeep will disintegrate under that coating.
ОтветитьThis alone is a business, no one offer this in Canada.
Ответить💯🔥🔥
ОтветитьA lot of critism on this video... First of all kudos for cleaning and dealing with rust on a vehicle ! Most body shops these days dont touch rusted cars anymore... And its always better to do something than nothing ! But if you want my 2 cents instead of using rubberized rust paint go with the POR 15.... They sell POR 15 in a spray can now. A little pricy but way more rust protective ! None of the less great job !
ОтветитьWhere u located
ОтветитьGreat job. How much would a job like this cost?
ОтветитьIncompetent and clueless group, the rust as not been completely eliminated . The whole frame will rot from inside. Drying like that will not get rid of the moisture , u need to chemically remove the moisture and not via physical means like these amateur clowns. My spay gun is older than the guy's total experience.
It needs to be etched with phosphoric acid and then painted on with a rust convertor or something with a strong bond .
And then maybe a waxy/oily grease film to prevent the chips and rocks and salt from getting past the barriers.
These bunch of ignorant guys just destroyed a truck which could have been saved it was given to a professional shop.
Appreciate the post all the other post are in love with themselves. They don't show the product results just their yellow teeth 😂
ОтветитьHow many cans were usedfor this application? What finish did you use?
ОтветитьHow often would you need to appy this?
ОтветитьSo non of the exhaust system it's touch?
Obviously some of the hydraulic and fuel lines
But defenetly no exhaust!!!?
Would using a sand blaster with the power washer be a bad idea if you are carefull?
ОтветитьNice work.
ОтветитьFluid film sucks looks like shit
ОтветитьWow I could do this myself if I could lift my truck up 😭😅
ОтветитьHave you ever done a 4 door Jeep Wrangler? If so how many cans did it take for it?
ОтветитьGood work guys!!
ОтветитьWhat spray you use ? I don’t fine link here
ОтветитьGreat Job guys. question how much can did you used for this project ?
ОтветитьHow much does something like this cost?
ОтветитьTry Lanoguard...save yourself time and effort.
ОтветитьLeaf blower works better
ОтветитьWhat's the name of small tool (grinder) used for removing rust?
ОтветитьNice! I'll have to do this to my 70 monte carlo. Luckily the car has 58,000 miles and there's no rust on it so this would be a nice way to keep it safe
ОтветитьHow much is that cost?
ОтветитьSpray wd40 every three four months. It won't seal the existing rust. Rubberized coating is good for new vehicle
ОтветитьI used rustolium rust reformer after cleaning my floorboards and frame sections of my wagoneer, 3-4 coats 6 years later and nothing has come back, my frame and floor was way worse as far as coverage of rust goes too. some sections were chunky, and had to be bashed with a hammer like 100 times to get the chunks off,the thin sections i cut out and welded new steel.
ОтветитьHow durable is that coating? Will it last more than 1 winter?
ОтветитьTaking out the inner fender would make it perfect!
ОтветитьUse naval jelly
ОтветитьIs the coat permanent
ОтветитьAfter the sanding I think they should have used Fluid Film, (3) coat primer and then (3) coats of the Rus-Oleum.
ОтветитьWhat about inside the frame
ОтветитьWhat was done to mitigate the rust inside the frame? If you see rust on the outside, there is likely an equivalent amount on the inside. I do think your treatment will slow the rusting process, but it will eventually rust from the inside out unless that is addressed. Did you use a borescope to check the interior of the frame?
ОтветитьLooks awesome.... Thank you I'm trying that product on my trucks
Ответитьwish I could afford a lift.
ОтветитьHow much does a job like this typically cost? I have an ‘03 Chevrolet Suburban.
ОтветитьLooks beautiful! But then so did my last wife and she didn’t last long…. 😂✌️👋🇬🇧
ОтветитьGreat video man! I'm moving to Upstate NY soon from SF. I need to undercoat the truck before my lil trip.
Ответитьlooks great
ОтветитьHow did it hold together a year later
ОтветитьI used oil based paint
