A complete main dps heizou build should be 2 vv and 2 glad/2 shimne with any crit weapons and with c6 he’s more then a monster

Heizou is so underrated, at level 48 he can do like 9k under the right circumstances

With 4pcs VV he's only buffing his teammate's. But Sucrose would be a better option as VV user.
