You have an awesome tank, how far up do you keep the water level topped? I have a 10 gallon with aquaclear 20 hob filter on left side. I have a problem with stagnant water on the right side and also the oily film could be the reason why my co2 bubbles are collecting at the top and not dissolving at the surface. Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
