omg I remember that :D :D :D :D I was playing for horde and to be honest at my server it was morefrequent for azeroth (I had one character there because I had friend who wanted to play for azeroth :D It was-.... anger inducing BUT fun :D :D :D :D like not at the time BUT I love memmories :D

I'm glad I experienced the kazzak invasion when I was a wee little kid.
I also remember the time at level 10 when I dueled a level 60 and a bunch of horde ganked him and granting me a win against an insurmountable foe at such an early level.
this is reminding me of that time when blizzard implemented their own voice chat system that was kind of shitty and I had a conversation with a man who used a Barbie microphone that was pissed on and he got it from his barn. ah yes good old memories that will forever be embedded in my brain :)

was there and when the blood plague was. it was epic times. managed to kill all bosses in alliance as well. ohh this games brings back some memories.

These in game events should be made into movies, SERIOUSLY!

Thus the alliance and horde constantly try to one up eachother with boss kiting now. first it starts with Kazak to the alliance, in return they kite Azuregos to Orgrimmar and so on.

The GM shouting WHAT with the hand clap sound effect made me laugh way harder than it should have.

Ngl it’s crazy how much of vanilla wow’s iconic moments were literally due to the lack of guard rails in the game

Can you imagine if this could happen in hardcore? 💀

Blizzard should have embraced this, even make new events where people get a 30 min warning before doom falls upon thier capital.

Imagine just stepping out of Northshire, and seeing a 20-ft being of pure hatred and malice stomping through Elwynn.

The only inaccuracies I found here is, if I remember correctly they couldn't /kill him. They had to bring the server down and roll it back

I remember when I got Stinkbombs 15 yd range 1 sec cast Drop a stinky bomb. Stinkbomb Such a terrible smell! 5 seconds remaining, well I was at the AH in Draenor, and I thought I would throw one into the crowd, wow it was hilarious the AH NPCs ran off holding their noses, everyone was pissed off wondering what the hell was going on, I thought of sh!t I hope someone didn't realise it was me, yes I'm a hunter.

I whised i Cut turn back time so Cut play classic again like back When i was a kid.

I couldn't imagine the mayhem this would cause for players if it occured on a hardcore server, shame since It'll never happen though & that makes me sad...

I remember when massive groups of players stormed the opposing faction cities to kill the leaders for the achievement. That was pretty fun especially that time in thunderbluff where one shaman blasted about 60 horde players off the elevator when it got to the top.

Imagine if Blizzard actually just wrote this event into lore as Kazak storming Stormwind and then Stormwind got taken by the Legion

Now if this was possible in Classic Hardcore.. can you imagine...

Would have actually been really cool if WoW had created an event on March 3rd where Kazzak came to SW/Org (with a weakened healing ability though... maybe make it like 500 health healed.) and create other similar events for the other world bosses as well "Invading" the Major capitals, and thus making the players need to form a defence and repel the enemy... and maybe get some epic loots in the process for helping repel the enemy.

I see you are making a series of videos about what made WoW so much fun and so popular (even though it pissed off a minority of people so much and they were able to be SO VERY LOUD about it that they ruined it for the rest of us.)

One time someone pulled one of the level 58 cultists from the Blasted Lands into Stormwind and onto Bolvar. Nobody was able to turn in quests there because Bolvar and all of his guards were in a fight with this NPC. Why was this a problem? The NPC could only be killed if you destroyed his crystal. But first you had to find the dedicated crystal. And you had to be on a quest to be able to destroy it. So they had to restart the server. 😅

These NPC's were a perfect training dummy to increase the weaponskill until they nerfed it eventually

They should of never patched it- imagine this in Hardcore lol

The titans aren't shit compared to the powers of the GM

This gets me to thinking that having random events where a capital gets invaded would make the game so much more interesting.

Blizzard should have ran with this and made it a legitimate feature. Not so much Kazzak since his abilities and the dense concentration of low levels and NPCs make it impossible to defeat him at a capital...

But seriously... this is World of WARcraft... and Alliance vs. Horde isn't the only conflict. Having the war happen everywhere... even in the supposed safety of the capitals will make it feel more like a world torn apart by war.

This needs to happen in HC omfg this would be amazing! O_O

i remember doing this. i wasnt horde. but me and bored guildies wanted to kill him. so just pulled him all the way to SW just to get the kill =)

I experienced this on my first WoW trial back in the day. I log in on my new character, I see a demon on his way to Stormwind, and I am repeatedly dead. And I oddly had lots of fun!

I think I watched this video 5 time now and cant get enough of it XD

My guildmates in classic vanilla loved pulling that one dark iron dwarf that wouldn't aggro reset and pull it all the way to elwynn forest to the human starting zone. That shit was funny as well.
