I put a lot of work in working out almost every day, but it gained me nothing but stretchmarks now my body is full with stretch marks and my gyno is still here, my life sucks. My son was diagnosed with this condition at puberty and has only now at the age of almost 21 asked about having the surgery. Just curious if the total lack of sexual attraction comes along with this diagnosis? I feel it’s not normal to not be at all interested in having sex? Not in a guy his age but this has always been the case. Can there also be hormonal imbalances needing attention with hormone replacement with this condition? I do believe he needs support through having been diagnosed with this and talked through the side effects and surgery required even though he seems very much “unaffected” mentally by it all.

Thanks for letting us see the after. I bodybuilder and even being big with muscles. No matter how much muscle I put on in the chest, I’m still not pleased AT ALL. I need to chill & relax is what I tell myself, but finding your video lets me know this is a common issue and is fixable. Thanks man.

I'm 39, I have had gyno from a teenager, the doctor didn't seem to tell me what it was apart from telling me not to worry about it and his son had it a bit. I heard about this maybe 3 or 4 years ago. I am not bothered by it too much although I'm a mild case, compared to some people.

Wear a “binder” you’ll get better results than a compression vest. Wear it for at least 4-6 weeks. You may develop scar tissue where the glands were removed. Kenelog injections will shrink the scar tissue and you won’t need a revision surgery. Be patient and don’t be afraid to spend money on a great plastic surgeon.

I had this surgery 5 years ago. I had some bruising and swelling for awhile. Kind of made me worried, but around month 3-4 I could tell majority of the swelling was gone. After around 6-7 no swelling. I feel like after 1 year I was totally recovered and really felt so glad and relieved I had the surgery. Now looking back I am so much happier 5 years gyno free. Rarely ever think about it. Thank you for posting your gyno journey for the rest of us.

Jacob i just had my gyno surgery for the second time 3days ago, a small incision on the left side of my chest, because they failed to remove it all at first 2years ago. The form of my pecs are looking good but i am deeply concerned with the fact that the surgeon used Electrocautery to seal burn my areola nipple and it looks horrible and bruised. I would like to know if it's gonna heal properly cause my left nipple looks disformed..
