Need daily. I realised my decline in the ability to do balance work maybe due to weak core strength so I am focusing on core strength to improve my balance work out.
Time will tell if I'm correct.

ОтветитьThese are the ones that at the moment I cannot do I can't get down and if I do I can't get back up. I have had 2 total knee replacements and with my weight it hurts to get down on them. But with the help of all your different videos I am making it my goal to be able to do all those things......THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! ❤❤❤❤

ОтветитьI love your videos, I have recently retired from a very active job in Childcare and needed to keep fit in my 60’s now, with lots of degenerative changes occurring in my body these exercises are great. I was slowly able to increase my strength and ability levels at my rate and your Mum gives me so much inspiration and I love your cat, thanks ladies, I really enjoy my workouts with you

I had a fall in the grocery store, slipped & had the cart with groceries fall ion me thus recovering from a broken pelvis- getting better. It takes time. Thank you for the upper body stretches & low impact exercise! 💕💕👍Ann/Oregon
ОтветитьFor the pelvic tilt, when I pull my belly button towards my spine, when my core is engaged, the small of my lower back is also pressed against the floor, is that right?
ОтветитьI just turned 67, I've been doing most of your gentle movements & exercises (after my warm up of vigorous dance light exercises). I praise & thank God I've reached this far and still capable to do something good for my general wellbeing. Thank you for the inspiration & motivation to keep going. Please continue doing what you do best for us, elderlies! Your efforts are commendable and deeply appreciated!

ОтветитьHi April. Thanks for the two new recent videos. I did try to get on the floor but my knee replacement is too painful to kneel. So I tried out your floor exercises on my bed which is quite firm and they worked very well. Keep up the good work.

ОтветитьI didn’t think I’d manage that S I never go on the floor as I’ve got an arthritic right knee but I was careful and managed -just can’t let Mum beat me!! She is miles better than me but I’m so pleased I managed.

ОтветитьI like rhese exercises. Easier to do but a challenge too. I always hated crunches but these seem to hit the right places to exercise. Hips get stiffer as we get older. Good thing you keep reminding us to breathe because I find I hold my breath.😊
