since it might not clear for everyone what we did,
-Speed potion on everyone
- healer go to save duke
-put the triple jump range skill on everyone before the round start
-ignore fight / only fight if the mobs will kill or to stop them snatch net on the prisoners
- we even have spare time to find treasures, even when your companion die in explosion you can revive him at camp

The least fun type of level in every video game of all time, second only to the water level, and they managed to combine them both into the greatest game of all time. I'll forgive it this time Larian, but this shit is not fun and everyone is just googling strats to deal with it because actually playing it sucks. Hope a dev sees this and puts it in the suggestion box.

Iron Throne Prison could've been such a cool level, unfortunately it's reduced to a "beat the clock" challenge fight

Grand Duke was dead in mine.
Probably because I walked through the entire city blasting all of Gortash's forces.

In order to see the Duke alive in the Iron Throne, you need to do the Coronation of Gortash at Wyrm's Rock. Then you need to get Wyll in your party and talk with Mizora on the bridge before Wyrm's Rock. You need to then sleep in order to get a cutscene with Mizora, make a decision (but you can save the Duke AND get out of the contract if you want). THEN you can go to the Iron Throne.

It took me many hours to figure this out >.<

I'll definitely follow this video when I next load up my save. This quest is making me want to take a break from this game.

Very nice. I did a similar thing, my party was MC Sorcerer, warrior Lae'zel, Paladin/Warlock/Cleric Wyll, and Thief/Monk Astarion.
Twinned Haste on both Astarion and Lae'zel made this so easy. Astarion especially since he could dash more than 4 times a turn and deal ton of damage along the way. Expeditious Retreat on Lae'zel for Dash as Bonus Action, cast before the count starts.
Wyll with Misty Step and some damage. Also some Misty Step scrolls.
The enemies are always Wet in this map so this is great for Chain Lighting.
I threw an Invisibility Potion on the Duke, and some bomb on those little monsters Mizora pulled out of her ass once he was out of their range.
Got everyone besides Omeluum who I totally missed, and one the monsters managed to ensnare and kill.
