Swiss Youngster-Engineers (AMZ Racing Team of the ETH Zurich) have developed an electric rocket on wheels and named it "mythen".
That "car" makes 2328hp per ton (*), accelerates 0-100km/h in 0.956 seconds and needs just 12.3 meters for that world record acceleration! But it's not a track car, nor is it a "proper" car or road legal: it's kind of a streamlined gokart, purely designed for 0-100 race.

(* 326HP to accelerate 140kg or "car" weigth.)
