The Best Fudgy Brownies I've Ever Made

This is the Best Fudgy Brownies I've ever made, and I've made a lot during the pandemic.

Most recipes are too sweet for my taste, and I've developed these to be just right. You'll love the texture and flavor so much that you might not want to be around friends when you make these.

Butter - 290g
Vegetable oil - 36g
White sugar - 200g
Brown sugar - 200g
Eggs - 5 large eggs
Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 1/4 tsp
All Purpose Flour - 130g
Dutch Process Cocoa Powder - 120g
Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Bar Chopped Into Pieces - 260g (140g for melting and 120g for topping) Use Dark Chocolate (70% or above)
Espresso Powder (instant coffee is an alternative) - 1 tsp
