A clip from ITV Saturday morning show Get Fresh (this ep made by Border Television & broadcast live 14th August 1988) from Killington Lake motorway services on the M6 in Cumbria. A demonstration of a racing pit-stop by the Middlebridge F3 team on their Reynard TOM'S-Toyota driven by Phil Andrews (who made it into F3000 and then the ALMS) And a brief appearance by Nigel Mansell's Williams-Honda FW10.
