If the whole chat box popped out to be its own thing, that would make it better. It is extremely frustrating to have 5 different popped out chat windows. And then every time you click the chat alert, it opens the entire teams chat dashboard which blocks your entire view of whatever you're working on. I wish the chat function was more like Slack or Skype. Or had that option to be entirely popped out.

How do I use Microsoft Chat ?

Hi, Kyle. I've created a group chat on Teams with a few other teachers in order to post our Powerpoint files, but I've been blocked by the administrator to post any other files recently. A message shows: the administrator has disabled chat for one or more users, and then I haven't have those tools available anymore. I asked another group member to expel me and add me again, but I still have no permission to post any files. Should I delete such group and creat a new one? How can I track the member who blocked me? Please, help me.

Hello, is it possible to change the way we read and type on the message screen? Instead of having to look at the bottom of the MS Teams chat window to respond to chats, can the text bar be at the top of my screen so it is at eye level? Same with reading chats, can the past messages show below the most recent messages instead of always flowing up?

Teams is a joke. At least with Skype for business you could set up groups in your contact list. Then look for the person you wanted to send a message to.
