I was born and raised in Jersey and I am sick and tired of people ragging on it as the armpit of America ever since I can remember. I’m intentionally not going to watch this video so it doesn’t help your algorithm but I had to speak up for my home state.

I live in Paterson, you’re right, crack heads everywhere you look, and the cops are so crooked. You always have to keep your head on a swivel.

All of the Garden State used to be so beautiful until the ghettos formed which is true throughout the USA..and there's no debating that fact!

Asbury Park should definitely be near the top of this list

Paterson is bad. I know my sister’s friend’s step dad got murdered recently and it was there. Reason probably was because the way he drives. That was during the early morning.

I worked in Passaic a lot for several years making sales calls to local businesses. While it’s not pretty to look at, I found the people there to be hard working, friendly, peaceful, and welcoming. I went through a lot of residential neighborhoods as well. Nobody ever gave me any trouble and it’s pretty obvious I don’t live in the neighborhood.

Vineland is bad

I’ve been to Paterson! It’s Fucking Scary!!! Newark is the Worst!! One time a guy in an alley in Newark asked me if I wanted a red bike and I think he tried to Mug me!

Trenton NJ is not that bad
