Ohhhh yes - a BEGINNER core workout! ♥︎

Everybody starts somewhere so don’t worry if it feels a bit hard or if you can’t keep up. Come back and do it again
I really wanted to create an ab workout to help you get started. It’s for beginners but super effective

Your core is what gives you stability and it includes your abs, obliques, lower back & glutes

It includes a short warm up too

You don’t need any equipment and just a small space to lie down on.
This video is full length so you can just follow along.

No Equipment necessary and not much space needed :) The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is a small break included and you can have a look at what exercise is up next.

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles.
