ОтветитьThe way when i first started doing both of ur 5 min calf workouts i was in pain after 3 mins. Now i can do 10 mins no problem

ОтветитьMy body shape is a pear with thick calves and not much distinction between my ankles.
My calves are easily the most difficult part to tone, despite me working them out almost daily & having tried a variety of exercises! Your workout is THE ONLY thing (*okay - maybe along with swimming - which isn't as handy tho, especially in the winter*), that has actually managed to tone my calves beautifully during the course of the last 3 months, in a way that still surprises me when i look at them in the mirror!! Thank you so much for this! xxxx 🙌😊🙏✨

I’ve been doing this calf workout with ankle weights, two times a week for the last couple months, I seen a huge difference in my calves. Thank you so much! ❤

ОтветитьNice calve workout! I can't be jumping in my room for respect to my flatmate but instead of that I did a sumo squat and when getting up I would end on my tip-toes, sustained it there for a hot second then release, and repeat. It was great!!
