I've been in bed in excruciating occipital pain. I always have pain but this has been a whole other level and nothing has been helping.
Doing these exercises gave me so much relief that I can actually go about my day without crying! 😂 Thank you so much.
I’m 30 and got this had it for few years it drives me crazyyy causes headaches and It’s a big insecurity for me it can be genetic to because few of my family members have it to
ОтветитьI hope this helps, it's something I've become very self conscious about and paranoid I'll end up like my step grandma who has a hump hump. I wanna counteract it now before it's bad

ОтветитьHi I would love a reply to this comment please. Ok so when I do the shoulder rolls I get uncomfortable popping feelings in my shoulder and I’m wondering why I’m getting that
ОтветитьYesterday was my 39th birthday and also my chemo no. 5 for breast cancer. Listened to this on my chemo chair. Beautiful, thank you. ❤

ОтветитьThis is amazing! I recently discovered a big monstrosity on my neck and realized it was a hump! I was mortified, but hopefully with these exercises I won’t be forced to wear turtlenecks and scarves forever. Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you for the BEST videos online. my patients love you. Dr. Sepi
ОтветитьIm 26 ...
ОтветитьThank you soo much doctor Eric. Doing these exercises freed up rhomboids with alleviated my neck tightness. Thank you doc. I would go far to say it even helped with low back muscles. Can’t thank you enough.
ОтветитьI have a habit of doing the supine chin tuck on my bed instinctively because of how amazing it feels! Amazing how our bodies already know what to do to heal!
ОтветитьWhich is better exercise number 3 or that exercice of shoulder mobility
ОтветитьDoes anyone have before and after pictures of this or anything else
working? Can't fix my neck.
THIS GUY IS AMAZING!
Extra love from Canada! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I can feel these excercises throughout my spine
ОтветитьI've played volleyball for about 4 years with 5 days training a week. After i stopped playing, about a year later, my right traps, back and shoulder area started developing immense pain and i also developed Dowagers hump since my sit all day in front of a computer. Can this bad posture trigger pain around the shoulder area. And after doing the exersizes the area around the hump feels great but I get piercing pain to the right side around the shoulder. It feel deep in the back. is this normal?
ОтветитьI am 39 and realize I have a hump that developed over time. Been a teacher for years, plus smart phone, plus sitting at a desk… but I also should disclose my posture was never really great. I can still reverse this with these exercises, can I?
ОтветитьYou mentioned jumping... Does jumping on a trampoline work? Or is that too low of an impact? Thanks.
ОтветитьI don't know how people sit at a desk all day.
ОтветитьAll other exercises are great but I am not getting the second one
ОтветитьI have fallen several times and I hav not able to get on the floor and back up. Any suggestions?
ОтветитьI have had a few back surgery and im still having problems with my hip. Its the muss that if you were walking out of the house and stopped and turned around (right for me) the the music in the 9 10 o'clock pants pocket position hurts, I can't seam to work ot out and I dont think its my tfl. I didn't put much psi on my left leg for years with the baxk problems and surgeries, thanks if anyone could understand what im referring to
ОтветитьAwesome!, I didn't even realize I needed this until I did it, I feel great today now!
ОтветитьOh great.... the first 2 exercises were floor exercises. God damn it to hell. I can't get up and down off the floor easily.
ОтветитьI have anterior pelvic tilt, will these exercises worsen it or am I safe to do it?
ОтветитьSubscribed! Downloading the app now, I need this! Just did all the exercises and will continue to do them daily. Thanks😊
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьCoach Eric .Tq for the video . Am 69 going to be 70 next yr. Am having Dowager’s hump. Do u do personal training for me to regain back my posture ? Pls advise. Tq
ОтветитьThe only one I can actually feel working something is the last exercise. The other exercises aren't doing much. Thank you though:)
Ответитьthank you for this i have a bad hump in my neck that hurts a lot gonna start these exercises tomorrow after a good night sleep
ОтветитьDoes doing face pull exercise's in the gym help with this also?
ОтветитьBy middle age is there any hope? I have been living and moving incorrectly for 25+ years unknowingly.
ОтветитьWhen doing the very first exercise, I can literally feel the inner muscles working to maintain posture when rolling my shoulders. Also that I subconsciously want to maintain good posture afterwards automatically. Not by force or willpower. So thank you guys for this great video!
One other thing I might noticed is that inflammation around the hump/discs might have a negative impact on mood via inflamed neural tissues nearby that area (including brain). That the inflammation spreads. Especially if you have genetical vulnerability for low grade inflammation (IL-6 and IL-1B) like I do.
Plus that saliva production and circulation in my feet temporarily comes back while loosening stiffness around the neck.
The exercises look good, but i have the 3 degree of kiphosis and the 1st of scoliosis, can i do those exercises?
ОтветитьHave anyone completely cured neck hump? If yes in how many days??
ОтветитьThis series of exercises is fantastic. Thank you so much. I'm so impressed I purchased the Fundamental Precision Movements program.
ОтветитьThis is great except there's no link for the app in the video ... I'm guessing it was missed during the editing process. I see it's in the description box, but thought you might want to know ... Thanks for the great info!
ОтветитьI also wanted to ask if you think regular exercising will improve the hump as well and also if it will improve round shoulders? What muscels should I focus on for those two problems?
ОтветитьI‘m really hopeless with the hump, I‘m doing the exercises daily, but will that help with the fatty tissue going away?
Ответитьhello! i have a bit of a unique situation and was wondering if you could answer a few questions!
first off i had a spinal fusion down 90% of my back. this has given me perfect posture and the inability to bed my back. the only thing i can bed is my pelvis and neck which accounts for why i’ve developed a dowagers hump.
is there anything extra i can be doing? anything i shouldn’t do? is it even possible to fix the hump? thank you so much!
Can you choose one or you have to do all four one after another??
ОтветитьHello, I downloaded your app after watching the above vid. The app doesn't take into account injuries. I score well of mobility and flexibility except things that involve my left knee, which I can't bend because I have no kneecap. This means the app sends me to exercises that I can't do. All I wanted from the app, as I indicated in nominating the two areas I wanted to work on, were those for my dowagers hump, which I have a genetic tendency to.
ОтветитьI am only 18 and have started to develop a hump, the physio gave exercises not really related to a neck hump, really hoping these work as it’s having an effect on my mental health and self esteem
Ответитьprobably not much important, but what would you recommend, wearing backpack (on both shoulders) or duffel bag (on one shoulder)?
ОтветитьI'm 83, and have had pretty good posture till I got a smart phone and lap top. Now my posture is forward. I need to change lots of habits, and do your exercises. Thanks for posting this help.
ОтветитьI was in a good mood till you played the damn advertisement from cash app with a guy making all those noises f*** this and f*** this video
