I had the same bike year and color. Wish I still had it.
ОтветитьTook motorcycle manufacturers up until mid to late 80s for tire and suspension tech to match hp. Lots of bikes in 70s were deadly every 2 stroke as they all had way more hp than frames suspension and tires could handle. Straight line runs only and still damn dangerous
ОтветитьI used to have a 74 model Z1-B 900 Kaw... The thing was fun to ride..
ОтветитьWhen my brother road his from our neighborhood, back in the day (1969), it would create static on our TV that we could actually see him going through the gears as he sped off, by the noise on the TV speakers !
ОтветитьThanks my man. My favorite ride from South Africa.
ОтветитьStrange that these bikes where cheaper than the triumphs and the BSA's of the early 70's.. Today the are pretty much impossible to get at!
ОтветитьSo sad that the Two-stroke kawasakis are made of unobtanium here in the DK
ОтветитьThe 500cc kawasaki triple earned the title Widowmaker not the 750. Get it right.
ОтветитьI know there's much faster bikes nowadays, but back in the day those triple 750's were scary fast and didn't handle for crap. I love everything about them, the sound, high rpm, the smell of burning oil. I miss mine.
ОтветитьRINGDINGDINGDING,,,,,🤠
ОтветитьThats the actual sound I can remember echoing off the mountains. This attitude is why I ride Kawasakis after 50 years. My 2022 Z900 RS 50TH Anniversary has it in spades. Go Kawi.
ОтветитьWhat a beautiful bike , and bonus, it's a stroker . Sounds mint AF!
Ответить3rd gear brake the chain every time put harley chain no more breakage
ОтветитьPaul that looks lovely. I'll pop up and see you when I get a chance. John (from your time in Romford)
ОтветитьThis was my 1st bike @ 16.
ОтветитьJust love the sound from those pipes, I had a H1E in 1976, exactly the same colour
Ответитьi allmost bought one back in the 90s . a basket case for 150 dollars. the engine all together. i wish i had it today
ОтветитьWell you got me M8, subscribed, I don't ride anymore but it is good too see these videos
Nothing like the sound of a triple on the pipe
I had a beautiful green one. Do you have the rear guard for it? Nice bike mate.
ОтветитьHello, what size is your rear rim and tire?
ОтветитьFix the speedometer on that beast.
ОтветитьI love the old classic bikes.
ОтветитьWirklich ein Mörderteil aus den Siebziger Jahren , diese Kawa .
ОтветитьHad two, sold both, regret it ever since. Great bikes
ОтветитьI started racing MX as a young kid, probably around seven or eight. Started on an awesome Hodaka Super Rat and eventually was racing 250 expert class in a KX250. Was raised on a large ranch/farm in S. Idaho and we and so much land that my stepdad would make me a track every spring and in the fall we would get the tractors and make me an indoor track inside the huge potato storage buildings we had. Was able to ride year round. I have always owned 2-stroke bikes, except for in 2001 when I bought a Honda VTX1800. I love 2-strokes… the loudness, the exhaust smell is intoxicating. Have never ridden a 2-stroke road bike. Great video! 🤙🤙🤙
ОтветитьWould you like two Kawasaki z650 projects 1978 and 1979 I've the V5 for both of them one is almost finished and looks like a flat tracker like he wanted sent me your email address and I'll send you some photos
ОтветитьWith enough thrust even a brick will fly. Not very elegant, but it will. These old fuel to noise converters were just the cheap answer on a growing demand for 1/4 mile bikes. On the Nürburgring they couldn't compete with better handling bikes.
ОтветитьYes this was the famous Polish motorcycle the Kowolski!
ОтветитьThose 750's were great bikes
ОтветитьThat's soo tasty!!! :D I'd reather would spend money to buy an old H2 than buying such soulless bikes from today. 😛😛
Pure emotions on wheels with sound, smell and a status from historie, barley a newer one could archieve nowerdays.😍😍🤩🤩😎😎🤓
I bought on in 1974. It was to much fun. The one I bought was called the “Lime Rocket”. It had chambers, bigger carbs, and the porters were raised .010. It was dynoed at 92hp. I loved it.
ОтветитьNice to see you ride around Chelmsford/dengie on a lovely old classic 👌👍
ОтветитьWhat a beast, my first bike was a RGV 250 88 model, I love the 2 strokes, awesome video mate.
ОтветитьSmart move if you going to post it
On U tube , to cover up the Speedo
The reason , I Don't like Group ride
Some Blokes don't think about it
If your being Naughty , you don't
Need to Advertise it , I ride a KawasakiZxr14r it Maped and
Has 207 hp at back wheel ,
Enough said
I bought collected mine from the local dealer in 1972 much to my mother's annoyance. Happy days long gone, but I still ride every day.
ОтветитьI had a S2A 350 triple. That was a bit scary first time i rode it. I have ridden a 1970 H1, that was on another level.... my next bike was Z650, then Z1R.
ОтветитьI bought one of these in 1972. It was an absolute beast! Nothing in the world was quicker off the line. Everybody and their mother tried to beat me. No bike or car came close to beating me.
ОтветитьBeautiful machine.. 👍.. One of my all time favourite bikes of the era is the Rd 350 lc. A dream of mine to. Own one since the 1970s..
ОтветитьALL motorcycles are widowmakers if one refuses to respect their limitations. Even a little 50cc with no quirks can easily get you killed if you get out in busy traffic and ride stupid I was a Kawasaki mechanic in the early mid seventies and H1s and H2s were just two more Japanese motorcycles buit to a price point as long as you did not ride em stupid they were as safe as anything else ..key word "as long as you did not" lol
ОтветитьK2, cazzo, K2
ОтветитьI have a YKZ900. Back in the day I used to get down on her. Ride the back wheel piece of cake.
ОтветитьThat just makes me smile lol better than a wank lol
ОтветитьI've a rd 350 1973 air cooled get to 5 tho rpm and goses into warp speed
ОтветитьOnce you ridden one of these triples you will remember the feeling, the noise, the angry engine... I love them!
Fun facts: In the brochures back then Kawasaki claimed the H2 to be the perfect long journey cruiser... 😁
i owned the 71 h1 500cc kawi and it was called the widow maker then, it was a bitch to turn, big time top heavy it was a bitch to stop with the drum brakes.. although it was the quickest bike in the quarter mile (stock), you had a hard time keeping the front tyre on the road when taking off. HENCE the widow maker
ОтветитьMy 1st bike was an H2 500 triple, it was scary fast.
ОтветитьHEY ! I think that the bike I sold about a year ago. I bought it new. If it is (?) I have to wonder if ya got all the extra stuff I sold with it, Factory Branded canvas cover, Shop Manual and Parts manual for it. EVERYTHING that was taken off and changed out, the set of original pistons for one thing. I gave all the original parts that were changed out. It also had the little booklet under the seat. It had Jr Power Pipes so the chambers are diffeent now.
Ответить2 strokes will always be top for me
Ответитьこれ本当に欲しい〜バイク🤗
