I think ASY injury has gotten worse in this tournament. look how slow she was moving around the court & also in the defense, it's not looking good

She should just skips any tournaments after the all england. i don't think she can win the olympics with her knee still like this especially when you know the nerve are gonna be jangling in an event like that

Han Yue really put pressure on ASY today by outperforming ASY in An's own control game in a number of ways. Han Yue's progress is impressive, just a little bit short of getting to the very top level--how could a 17-12 lead turn into a 17-19 deficit almost in a blink of eyes in second set? Both players were apparently fatigued, but An prevailed through that stretch of coming back.

Quarterfinals are seed No. 5 through 8 challenging seed No. 1 through 4. Two failed. Two remain to be seen. Conflicted in expectation--while hoping to see Big Four meet again in semifinals, do want to see their monopoly cracks sometime (eventually will).

An Se Young is crazy. I understand. She competes for many reasons. But she endured the game even though her knee had a really bad wound. I wasn't even sure if it was blood or if her wound was decomposing. But she still won😢
