The 105th Edition of il Giro del Piemonte was raced across the three Italian provinces of Torino, Biella, and Vercelli in the Italian Region of Piemonte on Thursday, October 7, 2021.

The Race Course Profile shows a 168km hilly course, the last 18 kilometers of the race show a positive gradient (nothing of concern for these elite athletes) all the way to the Finish Line with the exception of a slight bump on the profile at the ~1 km to go mark.

Matthew Walls (Great Britain), the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Champion in the Omnium event took it on the line after a highly contested sprint.
