This Golf Lesson Changed my LIFE!

It was absolutely amazing to watch this vid as i have exactly the same problem as Rick has with my chipping and this lesson was pure gold in the tips and the understanding of what is supposed to happen with club and swing. And if you notice in the variety of swing finishes that dan had shown Rick even he could not quite emulate them to the same level, which just shows you that us mere Hackers would have trouble doing the same only 50% less achievement but hands off to u Rick and i hope your game is much improved come next season as I'm sure it will be. I hope mine will be too

Today I played Leongatha GC in Victoria Australia today. For the first time I took the Dan Grieves chipping, pitching and bunker play and wow it was amazing out of bunkers close pitched by over bunkers. It was just incredible. More practice needed but great first time out ….. thanks for this video

The rotation concept vs the arm triangle only has so many moving parts! agh! Scares me too Rick. I wonder if that style is still recommended for once or twice a week players too.

Recently I have developed a terrible sh—- whilst around the green on every shot. Before I was a relatively good chipper, this discussion about release type has made me realize how much I’m driving my hands forward on short shots. I think I’ve developed this habit by chasing the this movement on long shots. Very interesting.

This single video is going to be a gamechanger for me. If I lived in England, I would definitely attend Dan's school.

The history tells it, he neglected the short game. We kind of all are guilty in this, too much time on the range and way too little time on the pitching grounds

At 20 minutes he does a great practice of holding the club short against his side to force you to use your shoulders and not your arms. This is the way and has helped me in my short game immensely
