Just to put into context the annual budget in Russia is about 50 trillion rubles that's the equivalent of 428 billion pounds sterling. The annual budget of the UK is about 1,189 billion pounds sterling or 139 billion rubles. So that is less then half the Uk's annual budget. Considering the enormous size difference between the two nations this is an astounding figure.
