ОтветитьKate that is great you are looking into various things to improve your health. I use the Fitbit to monitor my sleep. I like that I can see how much actual sleep I get and the times I’m restless & awake. I also find eating too much sugar can give me yeast infections (and I’m not diabetic) so I have to watch my sugar intake. I love that you ride horses I wish I could do it more often. Missed seeing your bunnies. Have a great weekend!! 😊❤️

ОтветитьI've had trouble with yeast before throughout my life and what really works is to starve your body of sugar. Yeast feeds on sugar so give it a try. I was told to starve it for at least 30 days.

i love when you bring us with you to the stable, i used to ride but the school shut down during covid and the few stables in my area is more pony size for kids so i sadly quit. So your videos when we join in the stable warms my heart❤🥰
Try taking magnesium supplements as well. Great benefits.
Also check your thyroid. Not just the blood test for TSH, check for TPO or Hashimoto’s.

ОтветитьPeople who dont methylate well so what you have with the MTHFR gene you talked about shouldn't take folate, it makes them worse. Make sure its food based one or just get more folate from food.

ОтветитьHorse riding - is the best exercise in the world - for balance, stamina, core muscles, flexibility, heart rate, complete muscle workout, it keeps your brain sharp and is good for your wellbeing and there are fun exercises to include when you are riding such as round the world, laying back in the saddle and riding without reins. The best thing though is it's fantastic fun and horses are fab! I love seeing this part of your videos so thank you for sharing. xx

ОтветитьHi Kate! I always enjoy your vlogs, even if you are just at home and you share your daily routines ❤ I think you would find it really interesting and helpful to see a dietitian/nutritionist. They have a lot of knowledge regarding vitamins and minerals, especially knowing what are safe amounts to take in as a supplement form and they know foods rich in certain micronutrients. I think you would like seeing a certified functional and integrative dietitian/nutritionist because their assessments are comprehensive and they can provide insights on microbiome and gut health, and how it impacts daily living. I am from the US so I don't have any recs for one in the UK. Thought I would share 👍
