It's interesting that "To catch a predator" only ever fucused on men. There are a lot of female monsters out there and they are practically invisible for some reason.

That last story, I swear, the freaking media are just a bunch of vultures. They love stirring the pot just for ratings and completely ignore how their fear-mongering and antics to rile people up can have tragic and severe consequences. The woman was just trying to visit her daughters grave and the questions the father was asked beforehand likely made a very unstable and grieving man even angrier.

The fact that cops refused a woman a protection order just because it would upset the man she was afraid of is infuriating. The protection order also proves the media did not have the whole story but latched on to something they knew could bring them ratings, whether it was true or not. They took this man at his word but given that the victim had requested a protection order against him, there is a possibility he already had a history of violence against his ex-wife.

I am an elder Millennial from
Puerto Rico and Xuxa was one of the most iconic phenomena that happened if you were a kid in the 90s anywhere in Latin America. She was so energetic that you had no other option than to get up and get moving! She even had a few cassettes come out. Really, she was amazing and a so much fun for us kids. She was like a big sister figure. Every kid birthday celebration that you went to at the time, hands down, Xuxa’s music was going to be the party’s soundtrack the WHOLE DAY. She kinda took the world by storm. Unfortunately, many people, especially religious fanatics and just stupid ass sickos made up all this crazy sh1t about her ranging from religious to sexual dumb conspiracy theories and her fame kinda started dissipating. She marked our generation and was (and still is, she’s still living) just a genuine kind, fun soul. I will always remember her for that as I am sure hundreds of others will.

Crazy how a mother could kill her own child. Not every parent deserves a child.
