Show the proper form for the hip thrusts. You are going to have people hurt themselves all because you are trying to show some fool trying to be funny. You DO NOT throw your head back like that during a hip thrust.
ОтветитьI've just moved from the squat rack to dumbbells for my leg work because I noticed I can't go deep enough with the bar on my back. I don't know if it's a weakness in my glutes or some other mechanical issue. Without the bar I can go all the way down but even with only the bar I can't go all the way down. I'm only using 30-45 pound dumbbells right now but I go to failure on each set at about 10 lunges on each leg or 15 squats. My heart rate spikes. I sweat a lot more. I'm able to squat about 30 pounds above my weight on bar squats but I wasn't as strong as I thought. I've really been trying to target my weaknesses and it feels like it's working. Thank you for more I can do.

ОтветитьDumbell thrusts are hard to do because I keep falling off the bench and it hurts my back. I can't do RDL's because I'm not supposed to compress my spine. I can do Incline leg presses but they don't work well. I'm going with the straight leg standing cable pulls to the side and also backwards. thanks for your help.
