ОтветитьI was waking up at 5 am for a few months. After a while, I started to notice that my body was getting tired at 7 or 8pm at night. Is there a significant difference between waking up at 5am or waking up at 6 am? I still have plenty of time to do my good morning habits if I wake at 6 am. What's the unique magic of 5 am? I love the morning, so it's not too difficult for me, but I don't like not being able to spend time with family and friends in the evening because I'm too tired. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks

ОтветитьMy ex has gotten up at that time or earlier in the more than 2 decades I knew him. It alone did NOT help him get ahead, be healthier, better himself or anything else, same with my grandfather and great uncle Steve. What MATTERS is what you do with your time, no matter what time that is!!!
ОтветитьFor the 20-20-20 rule, I do the journaling or reviewing the days tasks my first 20-30 minutes. My body needs more time to wake up before I jump into exercise. And realistically these 3 tasks actually take 30 minutes each when you account for the prep: putting on your clothes, have a drink of water, getting my journal, etc. So it's 30-30-30 for me.

ОтветитьI will even wake up at 3A.m just so I can have even more of my own favorite time in the day. Its astonishing how beautiful it feels. Then when the days go on. An u feel u wish u had that quiet feeling back...... well u get to have the excitement something to look forward too. Every single day. ОтветитьThanks for the encouragement. I was going perfect , doing all these wonderful suggestions before 2020 . Hmm. Then came Covid and everything changed. I couldn’t focus, worrying about going out, friends dying , family members contracting the virus or even me (in the risky category ) . Luckily I remained safe and I’m back on stream . Glad I found this video , so that I can get to the neat of this 5 am club. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
