😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💥 Fabulous!
ОтветитьLooks incredible!👍👏
ОтветитьIt is beautiful Brett.
ОтветитьLove this show!
ОтветитьGood one! 👏🏻 Lovely results. Glad of the attempt of saving the linoleum. Original lino is a very different creature from modern vinyl flooring comminly called linoleum. The word has a bad rap now.
The original was natural material, cork and linseed etc. and it's well worth seeking out companies still making it.
Doing the front door, stenciling and the bar were great additional projects that really sold the authentic feel.
Only one wish, is that a more period looking fridge was used. There's some great icebox looking ones out there.
Really enjoyed this one!
WOW! AWESOME JOB
ОтветитьBrett, what a gift you’ve been given,to care so much about restoring and excelling in what you and your team do.Great job.
ОтветитьAmazing!11 I love your channel thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьThat's a really gorgeous home. Great job, everyone!
ОтветитьPoor choice to not return to an elegant front staircase
ОтветитьBrandon really knocked it out of the park with that bar! The whole team did incredible. Everyone's visions and hard work flow together seamlessly! And Brett, you are just the coolest dude. Your interactions with the clients, team, everyone. You're the perfect foreman and at what you do 👏 also thanks for the lol moment 😊
ОтветитьBeautiful job! But not a fan of the 'bar'. The piece was beautiful when it was original. Value of piece is lost.
ОтветитьIt's beautiful -- but I cried when you started taking that wonderful old buffet apart.
ОтветитьWish he could take on my woodwork... could be gorgeous but renters scratched spilled and trashed it .. where as I've been able to renovate multiple homes this one has me stumped by the level of damage to the wood.
Ответить1898 Victorian here. We found out that our kitchen originally had a breakfast nook, which was torn out. We "untore" it, and put it back in. It overlooks the backyard and birdfeeder. No painted woodwork, lots of stained glass, 2 sets of pocket doors, and a 3 landing open staircase. Was a MAJOR project!!!
ОтветитьIncredible!
ОтветитьBrett and crew did a fantastic job on this one. Wish the owners could have gone for the center entrance.
ОтветитьAnother great renovation! The woodwork is beautiful. Wish the refrigerator was somehow built in and not just free standing.
ОтветитьThe only thing I would’ve changed would to put two sinks in the bathroom. There’s clearly room and it’s the only bathroom
ОтветитьRedlands❤
ОтветитьI soooo wish they'd opted to put the front entrance, it would've really made that house originally and preferential along with everything else.
ОтветитьI love watching your restorations, they are amazing! Great job Brett! ❤
ОтветитьEach one of these restorations is a master job, but this one I love the most. Loved everything about it. Especially love the linoleum, which I didn't think I'd like at all.
ОтветитьThat was such a beautiful, intricately carved bar! I fully understand Brandon’s hesitation. I didn’t want them to mess with the bar at all, especially not to cut a sink into it. If he had to do it, at least Brandon did a fantastic job. It’s incredible.
ОтветитьHello Beth from NC. I found you today. Congratulations. I know about the God thing. I was in an rv and wanted a mobile home. I went ed a Memorial for my Sister in Laws Mother and her friend was selling her mh for 8000 but she sold it to me for 5000. Now people have mhs for 30000 the same age or older. I have redone it and built covers on 2 decks. I am 71 yrs old and very independent. I am dependent on God. I went to yard sales also and it seemed everything I needed I found. I gotta get going. Need to finish the roof. God bless on your journey and thank for giving Him the Glory. 🍒
ОтветитьLove Brett, love his content.
ОтветитьIf you can make it happen, go for it. I would watch. You know good and well that it would not be exactly like your home. There is always going to be a new or different challenge for you, and you could put a different creative touch on it. I wish you good luck!!!
ОтветитьPHUCK YEAHHHH, I ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO BRETT'S REBUILDS - THE BEST OF THIS CHANNEL !
THANK YOU, JOANNA, YOUR CUUUTE SISTER... AND CHIP! : )
THIS WAS A DAMN GOOD SHOW - TY TY TY!
hey guys you have an amazzzzzing home, I freaking LOVE Victorians!
The Queen Anne's are bad ass too!
Absolutely Gorgeous ❤
ОтветитьBrett and crew, you are AMAZING! That bar is spectacular and the kitchen is lovely. 👏 👏 👏
ОтветитьLove the rugs that were selected for this house.
ОтветитьI wish there were new episodes available! This show has my heart.
ОтветитьI really like it all except the kitchen. The restored wood makes that side of the kitchen look heavy. Needed to balance the other side with wood or leave the hutch white
ОтветитьI had so much fun watching this episode
ОтветитьHe said take out the pantry and I put my fist up.There's gonna be a fight! I saw a lady on This Old House renovation where they were going to take out a wall and make her kitchen bigger and do away with the Butler's pantry. She said you're not touching the butler's pantry!
ОтветитьSo many layers Brett uncovered!! Truly an astonishing restoration!!
ОтветитьIncredible and I love how you matched and utilized elements that were originally there. It shows amazing skill, talent and creativity in utilizing what was there and restoring the original layout. You brought it back to its majesty. I got emotional watching this because everyone involved worked with such passion. I'm an artist and designer and I know that passion and can appreciate all the thought process it had to take from everyone to make this all work so beautifully. Wonderful teamwork and vision and in budget. They can down the road add the center front steps and keep the side steps as well if they wish.
ОтветитьSo glad to find your show again. I learn so much and enjoy watching the renovations.
Ответитьwheres maine cabin masters?
ОтветитьBrett Waterman I truly love your Restore show. I love what you like to bring back into the homes. With this content it would have been great if the home owners brought back the walkway to the house and of course we can see it from the street curb in front, it's very noticeable.
ОтветитьWhat’s with the bedrooms?
ОтветитьPhenomenal! Just beautiful!
ОтветитьBeautiful ❤
ОтветитьMy dream was to restore gracious old homes...but it did not happen (women in my era pretty much had the options of being a teachr/a secretary or a nurse and there was no money in my family for college much less in a creative fields.) I could manage college for teaching so that is what i chose. In the end though, in my late 40's I ENDED UP AN ARTIST/ENTREPRENEUR who ran an art gallery and hand papermaking studio and I did refinish/restore/chalk paint vintage furniture for some years- SO Creative and SO satisfying. This is my MOST FAVORITE SHOW!!! LOVE THOSE vintager RUGS and the wall color paints to coordinate and the artwork....Sorry, but I do not like the exterior front landscaping....it looks like fake carpeting where a real lawn should be...
ОтветитьAbsolutely stunning transformation back to its original glory. Well done everyone 👍
ОтветитьI love your restorations. Always look forward to seeing another video. Great job, Brett. I learn a lot with each video.
ОтветитьAll this for $85,000, and with landscaping too, with California remodeling prices. I think not! I remodeled my master bath a year and a half ago kept the same layout, did a plumbing relocation in the shower, kept the large vanity (painted it) and kept the lighting fixtures. My total cost for labor and materials was about $35,000 in a state where remodeling costs are lower. Just sayin'.
ОтветитьI hope they did thorough asbestos testing.
ОтветитьShout out to Brandon for his amazing craftsmanship!
ОтветитьThe 🏠 house looks beautiful and I loves the show 😊
