I have 4 of my family members who took sarms for 3 months on and off. Both my nephews and both my boys had a dramatic muscle gain like wow. They did it to get a jump start no side effects what so ever know they maintain there gains with good eating and supplements.

Personally I’m 20 and the only reason I would try sarms first instead of steroids such as test is because they are easier to get and are cheaper. I personally love going to the gym and I’m a gym rat but steroids are illegal and I can’t just go up to someone in the gym that’s big and be like what do u take and can I get some because I don’t know them and I can’t trust them, the steroids they have could be underground and can I have multiple things that I don’t know about in them and sarms are just easier to start out with because if something happens a pct after a cycle will most likely for lost people fix the side affects but if you do test you might never be able to restore your normal testosterone that your body produces

I'm 50 and did 2 cycles of rad-140. I worked out like a 50 year old and ate like a 16 year old. I got the best gains I've ever had in 30 years of working out. I'm also on trt btw. Then I tried rad from another company because my go to went outta business but it wasn't as good.

Just for the record… SARMs are NOT FDA approved and mostly likely will not!!!! They are NOT safe and will cause issues if you think not go to Dr. Tom O’Conners MD You-Tube channel and listen. He has patients who’s liver enzymes are just as high as user’s of steroids. He is a certified medical doctor who treats guys that need help because of the side effects of steroids and sarms.
You might wind up on TRT the rest of you life. It’s not worth it !

I’ve took Rad140, Yk11, Lgd4033, and S23, all on a 12 week cycles and the 100% work. Massive strength gains in a short period and fast recovery, with lean muscle gain and very little side effects. Don’t let anyone down play the effectiveness of sarms! Will say S23 and YK11 are not for beginner cycle. These 2 are very strong, but are not magic pills. Still have to train super hard and intense.

Great chat , but steroid and HGH are ok? Both have serious long term affects. I’m not saying Sarms are good as I haven’t taken any of the above but to keep your body steady you need to take all sorts of stuff to keep your system right. Great conversation

hello people i wanted to ask if you can take ostarine 7mg ostarine plus 7mg cardarine daily for 8 weeks then .then 4 weeks break and then 8 weeks oxandrolone 20mg plus 20 weeks testosterone e 250mg every 6 days. wanted to ask what it looks like with side effects if I do 8 weeks sarm cycle and after 4 weeks directly again anavar plus testosterone. what do you think about cholesterol side effects? and liver toxicity .thank you

I took Carderine and absolutely loved it. No real problems. I didn't take alot 15 mg 8 weeks I'm currently have been on Break for the like 3 months. I'm going to do another cycle soon.

They all took steroids and so missed the sarms wave and with sarms it is said to be more safer, so I will let the world know after I finish my cycle and pct, I'm completely natural, will start training next week
