Authentic Rogan Josh does not have onions or garlic in it.

Using a pan that is losing its nonstick coating is dangerous! Nonstick coating is contained cancer causing agents. Please get a new pan, preferably one that is not nonstick.

Traditional lamb rogan josh ,funny.. What a disgrace . Tips kashmiris would never use onions. They use shallot paste that the end. And garlic only for making maz ras. The cooking style he used is Indian not kashmiri

This is just mutton curry with fennel. he didn't even use 'Ratan jot' and used Tomatoes. Rogan josh is supposed to be blood red in color not brown. This idiot will give you the same recipe if you ask him typical mutton curry.

Your cooking is good. Your rating is low due to weak filming. You need to get the camera high up to show the cooking in the pan. Name the spice as you put it and not after you have babbled on to the next spice. Take it easy.
