In the other off plan video you said the big developers now ask 80-100% during construction but here you say 40.

All markets go through corrections, I have seen a couple since 2008. Off plans gets delayed more often than we think. In 2008 the market fundamentals were quite similar there was an under supply versus demand/ population. Off plan projects launching and getting sold in hours. People and agents lining outside developers offices all night. Prices at that peak were also below other major cosmopolitan cities. Then the subprime / credit crunch started from the west within 6 months prices were less than half across the realm of real estate. History has a tendency of repeating itself. It is definitively a good time to sell.
