The Test will have a small windup period of about 7s after being spotted/looked at, and if The Test can see you at the same time you are looking at it. The lights flicker during the windup. After that, they will be able to move and all other characters are frozen while active. They move similarly to SCP 173, moving when you look away. If they reach you, only their head will show and they will blind you for a few minutes, and others will be able to continue moving. If they lose sight of you then the other characters will be able to move and The Test will become "inactive" and stop following you. Though be careful, they can still re-appear once you've encountered them after being blinded/escaping them.

I also noticed that in that version, everyone stops when you look at it

He's menacing but very weak just stare and as an added bonus everything freezes while you can still move he basically just helps you with a very small chance to get in your way
