The truth is that a lot of it is due to abuse because as children we grew up in a hostile environment so our brain was on high alert a lot taking in as much information as possible leading to quick development and that trauma from the abuse has shown to give people bad memory from our brain actually trying to shut out those memories which also just gives memory problems in general
