Just finished this cardio and great. 558kcal and my girlfriend 225. Great work out and don't forget to squeeze!

Very great video you guys!! I do this workout on one day, the elastic band low impact the next, then rest. Great stuff, get's a good sweat and workout without flaring up any knee pain!!

Day one of this workout: I WAS NOT prepared to sweat this much. Don't sleep on this workout. I'm sweating hard breathing so heavy but I'm really in love 😍 Low impact cardio DOES NOT mean a walk in the park. Pro tip: bring towels and plenty of water.

Excellent workout ..I’ve only done 16 mins and love that there are no lunges so far .. really enjoy any type of squat but lunges just aggravate my knees .. cardio component is great and you have allowed for moves that can be taken up or down .. would love more of these standing cardios .. thank you 😊

Love love love love this workout! As a vet with knee arthritis, I can’t do the high intensity cardio workouts that I’m used to doing. No im not old, I’m in my late 20s and I’ve been searching on ways to keep in shape. This got my heart rate up and produces sweat without bothering my knees too much (I had to pass on the high knee and calf raises) thank you my good brother for this content! It’s appreciated

One of the best low impact workouts. I searched for low impact cos of my knees and this didn’t hurt them! Just wondering how many calories does this low impact one burn ?

Great workout. This is a great supplement cardio workout if you are doing the 8 week program. This will be my day 2 cardio for my 2nd time through the program.

SUCH a great workout! Perfect for what my knees can and can’t do. I really liked the reminders about being on your toes during the squat and not bending your back. I also like that you keep the total time clock on the screen.

I’m trying to get a handle on all the weight gain from chronic illness and your videos are helping tremendously. I’ve had 3 knee surgeries in the past and due to the weight gain, my bad knee is not really up to do all the squatting just yet (I know once some weight comes off,the clicking sounds will go away). I don’t want to skip or skimp through these exercises, can you recommend substitute for some of the ones where there is a lot of knee movement? Thank you so very much.
