Can the subtitles be removed for our audience on our Roku channel

Another thing, is there a way of changing specific words in the sentance but keeping the same style for other words? EG , I want to make the name of a brand into pop art, but keep the other texts as default style

WONDERFUL! So this was my review, "I love the app unlike Descript it has a very intuitive UI. I barely needed to watch the tutorial and I completed my projects within minutes. However, I gave it 7/10 because i thought we get 10 minutes free every month, which is very misleading because if your using free version it shows a giant watermark at the bottom right. If it wasn't for that id give you 10/10"

When I click on EDIT SUBTITLES (the magic auto-generated ones), no white window pops up, it's just BLACK, with a vertical string of single characters one on top of the other down the right-hand margin of the BLACK window, and those characters do not represent the actual auto subtitles.

I have a video in Kapwing right this minute and I cannot find any way to EDIT the auto-generated subtitles which are loaded with errors. No white screen with text pops up. Ideally, the pink blips indicating subtitled segments should be able to pop up so you can edit them as the audio speaks.

Used this new version for the first time today. Using the Magic feature, I can't download the subtitles into an .srt or .vtt file. It just comes up blank. How to make this happen? Or do I have to revert to Classic to make it work? I had a video I needed to change one slide graphic ans wanted to use the same subtitles. NO such luck. Lottttttts of time spent recreating them.

my kapwing page doesnt look so upgraded.... why is that?

Hi! When I click on “Generate subtitles” I do not have the option to select the number of speakers in the video. Has that option been removed?

Why are the text boxes so much more difficult to fit into an specific area now? Stop changing things that don't need changed

or ensure that the words are highlighted as as they are being said ?

While the idea behind the Magic Subtitler is genius, this tool seems a little too half-baked for me. For instance, there is no way for the screen to be clear of subtitles when nothing is being said. That's a basic necessity when subtitling, since very few videos will require wall-to-wall subtitles throughout. Hope you guys can fix this, because the overall idea is pretty neat.

I'm using the magic subtitles now and they are excellent but there is one flaw that needs to be fixed. I had to edit some of the text and it just shows it for a second before disappearing. There doesn't seem to be a way for me to keep it showing for longer. You need to be able to manually change the time that the subtitle is shown.
