Not a bug, just a regular update. Can be a bug but not always, usually it's just minor number twicking. Dota 2 always get small updates like a couple mb small.

dota 2 is not beginner friendly, it is for player who have no other game to play, then they willing to play this game over and over, bcs even me who have 5k hours in the game still a lot of things to explore and the patch change kind of often, and also it is pretty normal the dev update the game daily, this is happened to me often, it doesn't mean dev watching.

Realistically, no, there wasn't even a bug they encountered and even if they had the devs wouldn't have dropped a fix that quickly. With it being the update day of a big patch they probably weren't watching this specific stream either....but you never know. It's funny to think about at least.

Yeah, thats why i like about the dota 2 dev. There are a lot of this random middle of day micro patch bugfixes that probably inconvenient timmy from Alabama. And because dota 2 dev team is pretty small compare to the game of this size, its more feasible to just patch every problem one by one in a small increment to prevent bloat up problem in the back.

Just to clarify (as others have pointed out) this is not because of Valve (the devs) is watching the game
It's most likely:
1) The normal and frequent occurrence of dota having updates every day, or
2) It's the follow up small patches for the big patch that banned a lot of smurfs and griefers of the game

To be fair towards the game. Most of them hate anything with any level of challenge/thinking. Part of Fauna being best girl is cause she actually tries. You really get a vibe of "Just filling my quota" with a lot of them.
