Yoooo.. put me on.. where can i get a land like that?? Need ur help ull get ur cut.. thanks
ОтветитьIf i was allowed to take scrap from new home build dumpsters in Florida i could build a brand new house in 3 months
ОтветитьRoughly what County or what part of AZ is this? Or maybe someone can comment about the pluses and minuses of areas in AZ. Where there are reasonable 2.5 acre lots. Did have to pay a lot for fencing or wire?
ОтветитьGood for you man. I've been boondocking for 6 months now. I kinda dig it.
ОтветитьGood video im currently 23 and live in arizona and after covid i realized i need my own stuff, not rented
ОтветитьIn general, Arizona is too hot. lol!
ОтветитьBad dude if you can get away with it without county autorization!!! Yes we know that the world is about to go frugal, and this is a smart move!
ОтветитьThanks for this video! I have a high desert property I’m slowly developing, got the roads in and an tv on there so far!
ОтветитьYou did a good job😊
Ответитьwell done!
ОтветитьThank you for the inspiration.
ОтветитьFry your brains out HOT!
ОтветитьOff grid in the Arizona high desert here as well. And I bless the company of American Woodmark every day, for if it were not for the free pallets they have provided me with, my chicken pens/coops, my garden and all the other animal pens would have cost me a small fortune. Glad I found your channel. I look forward to learning from you.
ОтветитьI thought something happened to my phone 😅
ОтветитьThe epitome of inspiration. Cheers brother
ОтветитьI don't think 10k is realistic. It takes much more. More like 60k to get essential stuff needed
ОтветитьDoes your county not require you have a septic system then? If so, you have an outhouse?
ОтветитьThat life is so much healthier than sitting all day in a truck across the country stressed out.
ОтветитьIm doing the same. Ive been living in my van for 4 years and now im ready to buy 50 acres
ОтветитьHow did your ranch hold up during all the rain last year?
ОтветитьExcellent 😊 i love all the re-use of materials 😊
ОтветитьHow much for the land??
ОтветитьI see the cabin youve built ....you dont get rodent getting in there
ОтветитьI'm a truck driver and looking into the same thing. 😊
Ответитьi love your channel and one day i hope to be living just like this 🥰😍😍
ОтветитьSame thing I wanna do. Off grid and away from drama
ОтветитьLooking into doing this in the next couple of years out in the wikie up area
Ответитьcan you dig a well for water ?
ОтветитьWhere are you located? I'm interested in buying land out there .
ОтветитьI like those numbers
ОтветитьWhere about are you? Thank you
ОтветитьI appreciate your outlook.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьYou got 2 acres for 2 grand????
ОтветитьHow are yhe stars out there?
ОтветитьTotally impressed , would like to do the same one day
ОтветитьYou have a great perspective about being sustainable and overall finances about getting started! It is an investment and you will save so much money in the ling run plus have great food that you know where it came from and whats in it! What types of places can you find scrap materials like metal, & Is there any place you suggest looking for the water tanks that would be pretty affordable? Thank you!!
ОтветитьI am a frugal person and loved hearing how you do it. CONGRATULATIONS PS: Where do you find all that scrap material Eric?
ОтветитьIts amazing how much good material people throw out every day, scrap yards can be a gold mine if you're inventive and know what you're looking for.
Ive just started building my homestead from 90% scrap materials, even my screws and nails are free after being pulled out of pallets or other things.
Awesome man you really did everything out there from the ground up literally! great informative video thumbs way up as always Frugal bro!
ОтветитьSo proud of what you are doing. I hope lots of people will learn from your lessons. The world is about to get very ugly with a global depression.
ОтветитьYour doing things right, not spending money you haven't made yet. I have to ask what's the deal with the fueling station?
ОтветитьYea your place payed for itself in a year, with not paying rent
ОтветитьI believe it's awesome that you got this going for 10k (+ truck). Especially 2k for your land is ridiculous cheap. Do you have permission to build a house there or is it just nonpermanent structures/sheds?
Just one thing I might have to add: What shouldn't be underestimated is the momentum one got while still working. Unless you can build a business or create a remote income, you'll lose that momentum once you are off grid. That means the average person is probably better off to keep working for basic budgets of the several things on the homestead + a budget to cover your basic frugal living costs for 1-2 years. That'll give you a lot of security and peace of mind instead of quitting your job fast and sitting on your homestead with no money. Also you'll have time to create an income from your homestead.
I'm currently playing that game. I'm saving up for my little self sufficiency homestead, but instead of working towards one big budget, I did 10+ happy little budgets for eg. property, garden, car, solar system, fencing, renovating, health insurance, cost of living for 2 years, tools, etc. So I hit one saving goal quite faster and it really splits up the huge pile into little milestones. I know it's ridiculous and doesn't change hard numbers, but it's a little jedi mind trick for anyone who's in the process of saving too :)
Love it! Do you get your scrap from abandoned places or are there junkyards nearby that you can find all that?
ОтветитьBeen waiting for this
ОтветитьI’m in the high desert now looking for land. It has gone up since you bought but is still affordable. Off grid is the way to go. Congratulations on all of what you have accomplished so far!
